Jun 9, 2020 | 11:16 AM

Lady Gaga’s new album “Chromatica” became her sixth album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200. “Chormatica” sold over 250,000 albums last week and according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data it is also the biggest week for any album by a woman in 2020!

“Chromatica” also became the 16th album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with made-up or obscure words in the title. Now “Chromatica” is a variation of the word chromatic but the title to Gag’s album itself is not a word at all.

Prior to the release of her new album Gaga described “Chromatica” as a planet where equality rules, and also as a location in her mind where all sounds and colors mix.
