  • The Packer newspaper claims avocado prices will be higher for Cinco DeMayo this year because of smaller avocado crops in Mexico and California. Some avocados may sell for as much as $2.29 apiece

  • ESPN claims Mizuno is now selling recliners that look like baseball gloves. The leather chairs sell for $7,500

  • News 4 claims a San Antonio man recently found a Cheeto that resembles the Virgin Mary. Alvin Cochran purchased a bag of Cheetos while shopping at a local convenience store. He found the Virgin Mary Cheeto before placing it up for sale on eBay. Alvin has a starting bid of $1,000.

His ad reads: ''It's a clear vivid cheeto of what looks to look like jesus or Virgin mary are tilting his or her head and hands meeting in the center just like the photos of jesus and mary.''

  • Cleveland.com claims Facebook Live killer Steve Stephens used to walk around his neighborhood with his pet snake draped around his neck. The 37 year-old lived with his sister, brother and mother before killing and going on the run. Steve went by the neighborhood nickname ''Smokey''.

Neighbor Tony Henderson tells the paper; "As he got older, he got a little more weird, just his mannerisms and the way he carried himself.''

  • Newser claims an asteroid, the size of six NFL football fields, will buzz Earth tomorrow. NASA says the asteroid is 2,000 feet wide and will be 1.1 million miles away from Earth when it passes it. "Although there is no possibility for the asteroid to collide with our planet, this will be a very close approach for an asteroid this size.''

  • The Des Moines Register claims a man recently robbed a Family Dollar with a napkin. The thief walked into the store, grabbed a clerk by the shirt collar, and stuck something wrapped in white napkins in his side. The employee gave up an undisclosed amount of money before the thief ran out of the store. The thief dropped some of his money. It was returned to the Family Dollar

  • Nikki Smith, of Bristol, England, tells Elite Daily that she has raised $8,385 from a Go Fund Me page she started to get strangers to pay for her trip to Disney. ''I also am not asking people for their hard earned money, people have a choice. I’m traumatized by the abuse and negativity I have received and only put this back up because a lot of people said I should. I won’t let anyone bully me into taking it down. Online trolls are hurtful and cruel, I haven’t hurt anyone and I was only trying to fulfill my children’s dreams. Thank you to all who have been so kind to me.
